2. Registration of personal data

We do not register your personal data through our website unless you make a purchase, register as a user or have given us your consent.

When you buy from Euroheater, we ask you to provide information such as your full name, address, company registration number, email and phone number. Providing this information is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to use or order from the website, and is therefore a requirement if you wish to buy from us.

We need the above information to provide you with good service, handle the customer relationship correctly and be able to contact you if necessary. We are required to keep this information for accounting, tax purposes and any warranty and returns handling. Information linked to your account is stored and processed until you delete the account. If you have not made a purchase, the account will be deleted 12 months after the last activity on the account. If you have orders, the account will be deleted 5 years after the last activity on the account. A deletion notice is sent to the email address you provided. If you do not respond, the account will be deleted 14 days after the notice is sent.
